Hailing from Vermont, Chad Hollister and Primo make their Latchis debut. Hollister is renowned for his honest, heartfelt songs, vocals, acoustic guitar, and guitar drum. Jeff “Primo” Poremski weaves in and out with his rhythmic guitar and soaring solos. They are part of the Chad Hollister Band, which is a nine piece groove train featuring four horns, bass, drums , percussion and two guitars. They have been touring the country for over 30 years, opening for Bob Dylan, Paul Simon and Tom Petty, sharing the stage w/ every PHISH member, and also Billy Gibbons, Merl Saunders, Warren Haynes and Blues Traveller.

A sumptuous buffet style meal cositing of Beef brisket, BBQ chicken, pulled porksliders, chicken enchiladas and veggie burritos.
Sides include: homemade baked beans ,homemade mac and cheese, potato salad,coleslaw, street corn,mexican corn bread.
Desserts include: Texas sheet cake and peach cobbler. Beverages not included.
